以氢氧化钠为活化剂、双氧水为氧化剂干法制备纺织氧化淀粉浆料,分析反应温度、反应时间和双氧水用量对淀粉浆液黏度的影响规律。并对所制备的氧化淀粉浆料和工厂用氧化淀粉浆料的性能进行对比。结果表明,所制备的氧化淀粉浆料的浆液性能、浆膜性能、浆纱性能均满足经纱上浆要求。
以氫氧化鈉為活化劑、雙氧水為氧化劑榦法製備紡織氧化澱粉漿料,分析反應溫度、反應時間和雙氧水用量對澱粉漿液黏度的影響規律。併對所製備的氧化澱粉漿料和工廠用氧化澱粉漿料的性能進行對比。結果錶明,所製備的氧化澱粉漿料的漿液性能、漿膜性能、漿紗性能均滿足經紗上漿要求。

The dry preparation process by using sodium hydroxide as activator and hydrogen per‐oxide as oxidizing agent was studied .The influences of reaction temperature ,reaction time and hydrogen peroxide dosage for the prepared oxidized starch′s viscosity were analyzed .The per‐formance of the prepared oxidized starch and factory used oxidized starch were compared ,and result show s that the prepared oxidized starch has good performance of w arp sizing .
