针对目前氨基硅油水溶性差、易黄变等缺点,给出一种改进该类有机硅柔软剂的方法.该方法通过自制烷羟基封端的二甲基硅氧烷与聚氨酯预聚体进行共聚反应,得到可以自乳化的聚氨酯改性有机硅柔软剂.最佳合成工艺为:聚氨酯预聚温度70℃,预聚时间2h ,R值1.8,聚氨酯有机硅共聚物的共聚时间4h ,共聚温度65℃.将得到的柔软剂产品对棉织物进行柔软整理,并与某市售三元嵌段柔软剂进行效果对比.结果表明,自制柔软剂在织物柔软性、回弹性、亲水性和白度方面均优于该市售三元嵌段硅油.

Due to the defects of poor solubility and yellowing easiness of amino silicone softener , the improvement of such softener was made .The self‐emulsifying polyurethane modified sili‐cone softener is synthesized from self‐made hydroxyalkyl terminated dimethyl polysiloxane and polyurethane prepolymer .The optimized synthetic process is as follows :polyurethane prepo‐lymerization temperature 70℃ ,prepolymerization time 2h ,R‐value 1.8 ,polyurethane and sili‐cone copolymerization time 4h ,copolymerization temperature 65℃ .The synthetic softener is applied to cotton fabric as the softening finishing .The result shows that the synthetic softener has the better improvement on fabric softness ,rebound resilience ,hydrophility and whiteness compared with a market‐sold terpolymer block silicone oil .
