为了适应土木工程行业对人才的需求,本文提出将职业教育和普通本科教育体系相结合,探索出新的教育模式——"五大能力培养模式".在强化理论基础的同时,注重对学生综合能力和岗位能力的培养,通过校企合作、理实一体化教学,加强学生实践能力的培养,在完善教学体系的同时提升了学生就业的能力.

In order to meet the requirements and demands of the civil engineering industry for talents, this paper puts forward the combined system of vocational education and ordinary under-graduate education, explores the new education model——the"five-ability training mode". At the same time of strengthening theoretical basis, we stress on cultivating the students' compre-hensive ability and post ability, and through the cooperation be-tween colleges and enterprises and theory-practice integration teaching, strengthen the cultivation of the students' practical a-bility, and promote the students' ability of employment in im-proving the teaching system.
