Food fermentation equipment and technology is a com-pulsory course of food science specialty, and its experimental teaching has a strong practicality. With continuous improvement and innovation of ten years, we used project-based teaching methodology in the experimental teaching of food fermentation e-quipment and technology, which obtained visible teaching effect.
