通过STEP7编制下位机程序,增加PID调节功能模块,并且在WINCC画面上添加手/自动切换按钮和配比显示,实现煤气混合中配比的自动调节.通过改造和实际验证,混合煤气实现了自动调节,在保证热值稳定的同时,大大降低了操作人员的劳动强度,延长了现场执行设备使用寿命.

Compiled by STEP7 lower computer program, increase of PID regulatory function module, and add a hand / auto switch button ,displayed in the WINCC screen, realizing the automatic adjustment of the ratio of gas mixture. Through the transformation and the actual verification, the mixed gas is adjusted automatical y, in ensuring the stable heat value at the same time, greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators, prolong the service life of the actuator.
