This paper describes a device that use a stepper motor controlled by PLC and a gripper to flip and transfer glassware.The device has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency,high positioning accuracy that can be widely used to full duplex control.The mechanical arm subtly uses eccentric mechanism,which can transport and flip glassware simultaneously,and avoid the disadvantages of the high cost of the conventional manipulator,the low positioning accuracy, the complex control program.
