目的:分析不同措施在针对演习现场心理危机的干预效果。方法:将某部驻岛123名军人分为2组,其中一组在现场心理危机初步识别和处置方面给予指导操作。采取军人心理应激自评问卷及症状自评量表对某部驻岛123名军人进行问卷调查。结果:在干预前,该部驻岛军人2组应激程度和SCL-90各因子无明显差异( P>0.05)。了解现场心理危机初步处置方法的A组,在干预后,SCL-90中躯体化(F=4.39),抑郁(F=4.41),焦虑(F=4.01)等因子均分较B组有着更显著的减少(P<0.05)。结论:通过心理危机初步识别和现场处置方面的教育训练,增加当事人参与的主动性,对心理危机的干预效果能事半功倍。

Objective:To analyze the effect of different measures on mental crisis in war exercise. Methods:123 military personnel were divided into 2 groups,in which one group was made by certain edu-cational intervention in identifying and disposal of psychological crisis.They were assessed with Psycho-logical Stress Self-evaluation Test(PSET) and Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90).Results:Before the mental intervention,there were no differences in all the factors between the two groups.After the mental intervention,the A group which had disposal of psychological crisis,were significantly lower than the B group in the factor score of body,depression,anxiety(F=4.39,4.41,4.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Ed-ucation and training in identification and disposal of psychological crisis can encourage the participants'initiative;increase the effect of intervention on psychological crisis.
