目的:掌握消除疟疾阶段发病态势及传疟媒介现状,为调整消除疟疾防控策略提供科学依据。方法按照2006-2008年疟疾发病分区,在一、二、三类疟区分别选择1、6、1个县市,开展“三热”病人血检,在监测村开展传疟媒介种类和密度监测。规范治疗疟疾现症病人及休治疟史对象,及时处置疟疾疫点,开展疟防知识宣传。结果2012-2014年共血检“三热”病人96777例,疟原虫阳性15例,阳性率0.015%。本地疟疾2例,占13.33%,输入性疟疾13例,占86.67%。捕获按蚊14318只,经鉴定均为中华按蚊,人工帐诱平均密度为每小时8.78只/人,灯诱平均密度为每晚19.24只/灯。结论监测区疟疾发病进入消除阶段,输入性疟疾时有发生,传疟媒介为中华按蚊,其密度高于传疟密度阈值,需进一步加强输入性疟疾管理和媒介控制。
目的:掌握消除瘧疾階段髮病態勢及傳瘧媒介現狀,為調整消除瘧疾防控策略提供科學依據。方法按照2006-2008年瘧疾髮病分區,在一、二、三類瘧區分彆選擇1、6、1箇縣市,開展“三熱”病人血檢,在鑑測村開展傳瘧媒介種類和密度鑑測。規範治療瘧疾現癥病人及休治瘧史對象,及時處置瘧疾疫點,開展瘧防知識宣傳。結果2012-2014年共血檢“三熱”病人96777例,瘧原蟲暘性15例,暘性率0.015%。本地瘧疾2例,佔13.33%,輸入性瘧疾13例,佔86.67%。捕穫按蚊14318隻,經鑒定均為中華按蚊,人工帳誘平均密度為每小時8.78隻/人,燈誘平均密度為每晚19.24隻/燈。結論鑑測區瘧疾髮病進入消除階段,輸入性瘧疾時有髮生,傳瘧媒介為中華按蚊,其密度高于傳瘧密度閾值,需進一步加彊輸入性瘧疾管理和媒介控製。
목적:장악소제학질계단발병태세급전학매개현상,위조정소제학질방공책략제공과학의거。방법안조2006-2008년학질발병분구,재일、이、삼류학구분별선택1、6、1개현시,개전“삼열”병인혈검,재감측촌개전전학매개충류화밀도감측。규범치료학질현증병인급휴치학사대상,급시처치학질역점,개전학방지식선전。결과2012-2014년공혈검“삼열”병인96777례,학원충양성15례,양성솔0.015%。본지학질2례,점13.33%,수입성학질13례,점86.67%。포획안문14318지,경감정균위중화안문,인공장유평균밀도위매소시8.78지/인,등유평균밀도위매만19.24지/등。결론감측구학질발병진입소제계단,수입성학질시유발생,전학매개위중화안문,기밀도고우전학밀도역치,수진일보가강수입성학질관리화매개공제。
s:Objective To master the incidence situation and the media present situation ofmalaria , to provide scientific basis and con-trol strategy for the adjustment of the elimination of malaria .Methods According to the partition of malaria incidence in 2006 ~2008, se-lect 1, 6, 1 cities or counties from one, two and three types of malaria respectively , to carry out the blood examination of "three hot"patient and malaria media species and density monitoring in the surveillance village .To cure the malaria patients and the malaria history object in standard treatment, to timely disposal of malaria epidemic and to carry out malaria knowledge propaganda .Results 96777 "three hot "pa-tients were blood examined in 2012 -2014 years, the positive of Plasmodium were 15 cases, the positive rate was 0.015%.The local malaria were 2 cases, accounting for 13.33% and the other 13 cases were imported malaria, accounting for 86.67%.The captured Anopheles were 14318, all of them were Anopheles sinensis by identified .The average density of artificial mosquito curtain was 8.78 /per individual per hour, and the average density of lamp induced was 19.24 /per lamp per night.Conclusions The malaria situation enter the elimination phase in monitoring area , the imported malaria have occurred from time to time, the malaria media was Anopheles sinensis , which is denser than the malaria transmission density threshold , needs to further strengthen the management of imported malaria and media control .
