目的观察运用中医辨证护理复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法80例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为两组，治疗组通过中医辨证分为4型，根据证型实施对应护理，对照组运用常规护理方法，比较两组最终疗效。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组；治疗组疼痛消失时间、溃疡愈合时间、复发间隔时间均优于对照组。结论中医辨证施护复发性口腔溃疡可明显提高临床疗效。
목적관찰운용중의변증호리복발성구강궤양적림상료효。방법80례복발성구강궤양환자수궤분위량조，치료조통과중의변증분위4형，근거증형실시대응호리，대조조운용상규호리방법，비교량조최종료효。결과치료조총유효솔현저고우대조조；치료조동통소실시간、궤양유합시간、복발간격시간균우우대조조。결론중의변증시호복발성구강궤양가명현제고림상료효。
s:Objective To observe the clinical effect by using TCM dialectical nursing in patients with recurrent oral ulcer .Methods 80 cases of recurrent oral ulcer were randomLy divided into two groups ,the treatment group was divided into 4 types by TCM syndrome differ-entiation and gaven nursing implementation according to the corresponding syndromes ,the control group used routine nursing care ,finally com-pared the effect.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group ;the healing time of ulcer pain,disappearing time and recurrence interval time in the treatment group were better than those of the control group .Conclusions TCM dialectical nursing of Recurrent Oral Ulcer can significantly improve the clinical efficacy .
