This paper introduces the present situation and energy consumption of air conditioning system of a institute biological building, put forward five kinds of air conditioning cold and heat source scheme, from the energy consumption, initial investment, saving energy, operation cost, refrigeration machine room, analysis of five kinds of scheme comparison, it is concluded that a more reasonable air conditioning cold and heat source scheme.
