对于平行流蒸发器,通过改变其集液管和蒸发管衔接处的孔径大小,来调节每个蒸发管内的制冷剂液体,使其达到均匀,用以提高蒸发器的换热量和性能,并与蛇形管蒸发器进行比较。实验结果表明:在一定的制冷剂充注量下,最小孔径为0.4mm时,具有8根蒸发管的平行流蒸发器比10根管的制冷剂分液均匀,具有最好的效果。对比结果表明:8根管的蛇形管蒸发器比8根管的平行流蒸发器趋于稳定的时间短,但蛇形的8根蒸发管温差较大,换热效果不如平行流蒸发器好。

For parallel flow evaporator, we can change the pore size at the interface of fluid collection tube and the evaporation tube to adjust the liquid refrigerant of each evaporator tube and to achieve a uniform distribution, so as to improve the heat exchange capacity and performance. Then compare it with the serpentine tube evaporator. The experimental results show that in a certain amount of refrigerant charge, when the smallest pore size is 0.4mm with 8 tubes, the fluid refrigerant is more uniform than 10. The comparative results show that 8 tubes of serpentine tube evaporator is more rapidly than 8 tubes of parallel flow evaporator to stabilize, but the serpentine tube evaporator has worse performance for its larger temperature difference.
