提出一种基于模块化真空断路器串并联结构的光控真空断路器,该断路器通过均压组件将3个40.5kV断路器模块串联成126kV高压断路器,同时通过紧耦合空心电抗器对断路器模块并联,实现自动均流和限流功能,并通过光纤接收发送控制信号.对高压交流智能型模块化光控真空断路器的整机结构进行设计,对整机和组部件进行试验考核,主要包括对设备的绝缘试验、均压试验、均流与限流试验、开断试验、机械操作试验等进行验证,并对试验数据进行分析.

A new design of optically controlled vacuum circuit breakers based on series-parallel structure is presented.In this design,one 126kV high-voltage circuit breaker is composed of three 40.5kV circuit breaker modules by voltage-sharing components.A tightly-coupled air reactor which has a small consumption in normal working state is adopted to connect with two paralleled breakers.This combination can effectively achieve the function of automatically current-sharing and current-limiting.The control signals are received and send byfiber optic.The working principle of the design is verified through research tests,including the insulation testing,paralleled and limiting current testing,break testing,verify the operation of machinery,and analysis of test data.
