实验室作为农业科研单位学科创新的平台，其文化建设具有深刻的内涵及重要的意义。文章结合农业部橡胶树生物学与遗传资源利用重点实验室文化建设的现状，提出了结合实验室运行机制，完善制度文化建设；加强文化团队建设，提升实验室学科竞争力；加强实验室对外开放、合作与交流，推动实验室文化建设的创新发展；构建标识文化，提升实验室外部形象与内在文化品质；继承优良传统文化，不断开拓创新文化等建议。

As the platform for subject innovation of agricultural research institutions, laboratory culture construction has profound connotation and great significance. Based on current situation of cultural construction in Key Laboratory of Biology and Genetic Resources utilization of Rubber Tree, Ministry of Agriculture, suggestions were put forward, such as improving construction of institution culture combining with operating mechanism of key lab, strengthening setting up of teamwork to raise competence of subjects, strengthening open up, cooperation and exchange of key lab to promote innovative development of laboratory culture construction, constructing identification culture to boost external image and internal cultural quality of laboratory, inheriting better traditional culture and continuously developing innovative culture, etc.
