学生成长的摇篮就是班级,学生大部分时间都是在学校中度过,因此可以说班级是学生的第二个家.只有将班级建设好了,才能帮助学生更好地成长,进而为社会培育出优秀的人才.大学班级的负责人就是班主任,因此班主任在对班级进行管理时,需要全方面管理学生的思想与作风、学习与健康.文章从新时代大学班主任的工作着手,深入探讨了该时期大学班主任对班级的管理工作.
