The focus of higher vocational colleges is cultivating high-skilled talents which needs high-quality teachers. "Du-al-qualification"teachers, with high quality and high level, which are the basic requirements to higher vocational college teachers in this era, are the important guarantee of cultivating high-quality technical talents. Through the questionnaire investigation of the current situation of"dual-qualification"teaching staff construc-tion in higher vocational colleges of Guangdong, this paper ana-lyzes its existing problems and puts forward related development strategies.
