目的观察中药外敷治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法将90例慢性盆腔炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，经分析两组无显著差异。治疗组用中药颗粒结合自制中药外敷，对照组单纯应用同样中药颗粒内服，观察两组临床效果。结果2个疗程后，治疗组45例，痊愈26例，显效11例，有效6例，愈显率为82.22%，有效率为95.56%；对照组45例，痊愈15例，显效9例，有效10例，愈显率为53.33%，有效率为75.56%。经统计学分析，两组具有明显差异，治疗组优于对照组。结论中药外敷治疗慢性盆腔炎具有良好疗效。
목적관찰중약외부치료만성분강염적림상효과。방법장90례만성분강염환자，수궤분위치료조화대조조，경분석량조무현저차이。치료조용중약과립결합자제중약외부，대조조단순응용동양중약과립내복，관찰량조림상효과。결과2개료정후，치료조45례，전유26례，현효11례，유효6례，유현솔위82.22%，유효솔위95.56%；대조조45례，전유15례，현효9례，유효10례，유현솔위53.33%，유효솔위75.56%。경통계학분석，량조구유명현차이，치료조우우대조조。결론중약외부치료만성분강염구유량호료효。
Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of Chinese medicine external treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 90 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, by the analysis of two groups had no significant dif erence. Treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine granule combined with homemade Chinese medicine external treatment, control group simply apply the same particle internal and Chinese medicine, to observe the clinical ef ect in both groups. Results After 2 courses of treatment group 45 cases, 26 cases cured, 11 cases were markedly ef ective, 6 patients ef ectively, the markedly ef ective rate was 82.22%, ef ective rate was 95.56%; Control group 45 cases, 15 cases cured, 9 cases had marked ef ect, 10 cases were ef ective, the markedly ef ective rate was 53.33%, ef ective rate was 75.56%. After statistics analysis, two groups have significant dif erence, the treatment group is bet er than the control group.
