文章基于江苏省农业科学院20年科技服务工作实践,介绍了3种科技服务模式,在总结经验基础上,提出科技人员扎根农村搞科技扶贫,是促进成果转化和帮助农村经济薄弱地区发展最有效途径之一,科技帮扶要以促进农民增收为核心,措施的采取要因地制宜。

Based on 20 years′ science and technology service practice of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, three science and technology service models were introduced in the paper. After experiences summarized, it was pointed out that the most effective way to promote achievement transformation and weak rural economy areas development was scientist took root in rural. Aiding poor farmers by science and technology should take farmers' income increasing as the core, and measures should suit to local conditions.
