目的：观察中西医结合治疗中重度腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法80例中重度腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为两组，对照组口服匹维溴铵及双歧三联活菌胶囊，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服气滞胃痛颗粒，8周后观察评估其症状积分的变化。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P ＜0．05），治疗组除排便满意度项目外，其余症状及症状总分均较对照组显著减轻（P ＜0．05）。结论气滞胃痛颗粒联合得舒特及双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效显著。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료중중도복사형장역격종합정적림상료효。방법80례중중도복사형장역격종합정환자수궤분위량조，대조조구복필유추안급쌍기삼련활균효낭，치료조재대조조치료기출상가복기체위통과립，8주후관찰평고기증상적분적변화。결과치료조총유효솔우우대조조（P ＜0．05），치료조제배편만의도항목외，기여증상급증상총분균교대조조현저감경（P ＜0．05）。결론기체위통과립연합득서특급쌍기삼련활균효낭치료복사형장역격종합정료효현저。
s:Objective To observe the efficacy of integrated Chinese -western therapy on moderately -severe IBS -D.Methods 80 cases with moderate -severe IBS -D were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group were given probiotics and pinaverium bromide ;the treatment group added Qizhiweitong granule based on the control group .After treating for 8 weeks,the symptoms score of two groups were compared.Results The total effectiv rate of treatment group was better than control group (P <0.05).Scores of abdominal pain and diarrhea symptom in treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.05) except defecation satisfaction score .Conclusions Qizhiweitong granule combined with probiotics and pinaverium bromide has remarkable effect in treatment of IBS -D.
