目的：观察艾迪注射液联合卡铂注射液治疗原发性肺癌合并癌性胸水的临床疗效。方法76例原发性肺癌合并癌性胸水患者随机分为两组。对照组给予胸腔引流排尽胸水，后给予卡铂注射液胸腔内注射治疗；治疗组在此基础上联合给予艾迪注射液静脉滴注治疗，连续治疗15d 后进行观察。结果治疗组的胸腔积液改善情况明显优于对照组；两组治疗后胸胁疼痛、胸闷、喘息气促、肋间胀痛、咯痰等主要临床症状有所改善，证候评分较治疗前降低，以治疗组患者的评分降低程度更为突出，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；经治疗后治疗组患者的生活质量Karnofsky 评分改善有效率明显高于对照组（P ＜0．05）；治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于治疗组（P ＜0．05）。结论艾迪注射液联合卡铂注射液能有效改善原发性肺癌合并癌性胸水患者的临床症状，提高生活质量，安全性高。
목적：관찰애적주사액연합잡박주사액치료원발성폐암합병암성흉수적림상료효。방법76례원발성폐암합병암성흉수환자수궤분위량조。대조조급여흉강인류배진흉수，후급여잡박주사액흉강내주사치료；치료조재차기출상연합급여애적주사액정맥적주치료，련속치료15d 후진행관찰。결과치료조적흉강적액개선정황명현우우대조조；량조치료후흉협동통、흉민、천식기촉、륵간창통、각담등주요림상증상유소개선，증후평분교치료전강저，이치료조환자적평분강저정도경위돌출，조간비교차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；경치료후치료조환자적생활질량Karnofsky 평분개선유효솔명현고우대조조（P ＜0．05）；치료조불량반응발생솔명현저우치료조（P ＜0．05）。결론애적주사액연합잡박주사액능유효개선원발성폐암합병암성흉수환자적림상증상，제고생활질량，안전성고。
s:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Aidi injection and Carboplatin injection in treating primary lung cancer with cancerous hydrothorax.Methods 76cases of primary lung cancer with cancerous hydrothoraxcases were randomly divided into two groups . The control group were treated with chest drainage and Carboplatin injection while the treatment group added Aidi injection .To observe after treating for 15days.Results The clinical efficacy of treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).The main clinical symptoms in two groups were obviously improved , and the symptom scores went down obviously , the degree of change in treatment group was more pronounced, the difference was significant (P <0.05);the effective rate of living quality with Karnofsky score in treatment group was higher than that of control group (P <0.05); the adverse effects rate of treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Treating primary lung cancer with cancerous hydrothorax combined with Aidi injection and Carboplatin injection can effectively improve the uncomfortable symptom after surgery and improve life quality , which has a high security.
