目的：观察中西医结合治疗血管性帕金森综合征合并肺部感染的疗效。方法65例患者随机分为两组，对照组单用敏感抗生素治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液治疗，治疗2周后观察两组发热、咳嗽缓解时间以及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P ＜0．05）；治疗组发热咳嗽缓解时间明显短于对照组（P ＜0．05），两组均无明显不良反应。结论痰热清注射液联合敏感抗生素治疗血管性帕金森综合征合并肺部感染疗效明显、副作用少。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료혈관성파금삼종합정합병폐부감염적료효。방법65례환자수궤분위량조，대조조단용민감항생소치료，치료조재대조조치료기출상가용담열청주사액치료，치료2주후관찰량조발열、해수완해시간이급림상료효。결과치료조총유효솔우우대조조（P ＜0．05）；치료조발열해수완해시간명현단우대조조（P ＜0．05），량조균무명현불량반응。결론담열청주사액연합민감항생소치료혈관성파금삼종합정합병폐부감염료효명현、부작용소。
s:Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated Chinese -western therapy on vascular Parkinson 's syndrome and lung infection.Method 65 patients were randomly divided into two groups , the control group used sensitive antibiotics , the treatment group re-ceived Tanreqing injection based on the control group .After treating for 2 weeks, observe the fever cough reduce time and the effect .Result The total effective rate of treatment group was better than control group (P <0.05); the treatment group of alleviating fever cough time was significantly shorter than control group (P <0.05), two groups had no obvious adverse reactions .Conclusion Tanreqing injection com-bined with sensitive antibiotic in treatment of vascular Parkinson 's syndrome and pulmonary infection has remarkable effect and adverse reac -tions.
