为了解决环保部门多源数据的语义异构问题,研究了各领域本体构建思路与方法,结合环保领域的实际特点,提出了一种环保领域本体构建方法。以建设项目环评审批基本信息为例,在领域专家帮助下,详细描述了其本体的构建流程及其本体模型,为环保领域应用研究奠定了基础。

In order to solve the problem of semantic heterogeneity of multi-source data of the environmental protection department, the paper researches different ideas and methods of building domain ontology from scholars in various fields, then combined with the actual characteristics of ontology in the environmental protection field , puts forward a method of constructing environmental protection domain ontology. This paper takes the construction project Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval basic information as the example, with the help of domain experts, detailedly describes the construction process of the ontology and its ontology model, and it establishes the foundation for the following application.
