目的：观察用鼻渊舒口服液联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果，并探讨其对患者临床症状及 Lund －kennedy 评分的影响。方法116例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为两组，对照组给予克拉霉素胶囊口服治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予鼻渊舒口服液，15d 后观察两组临床症状的改善情况，对证候给予评分，观察评分的变化情况；用Lund －kennedy 评分对鼻腔内情况进行评估；检测治疗前后血清白细胞介素－2（IL －2）、白细胞介素－6（IL －6）水平的变化情况，计算临床治疗的有效率。结果治疗后，治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P ＜0．05）；两组患者的脓涕、鼻塞、头痛、嗅觉下降等临床症状较治疗前有所改善，证候积分较治疗前比有所下降，以治疗组患者的变化幅度更为明显（P ＜0．05）；两组 Lund －kennedy 评分均较治疗前有所降低，以治疗组的降低程度更为明显（P ＜0．05）；两组IL －2、IL －6水平较治疗前有所下降，以治疗组患者的下降幅度更为明显（P ＜0．05）。结论鼻渊舒口服液联合克拉霉素能有效改善慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床症状，降低其鼻腔 Lund －kennedy 评分，抗炎作用明显，疗效确切。
목적：관찰용비연서구복액연합극랍매소치료만성비두염적림상효과，병탐토기대환자림상증상급 Lund －kennedy 평분적영향。방법116례만성비두염환자수궤분위량조，대조조급여극랍매소효낭구복치료，치료조재대조조치료적기출상급여비연서구복액，15d 후관찰량조림상증상적개선정황，대증후급여평분，관찰평분적변화정황；용Lund －kennedy 평분대비강내정황진행평고；검측치료전후혈청백세포개소－2（IL －2）、백세포개소－6（IL －6）수평적변화정황，계산림상치료적유효솔。결과치료후，치료조적총유효솔명현고우대조조（P ＜0．05）；량조환자적농체、비새、두통、후각하강등림상증상교치료전유소개선，증후적분교치료전비유소하강，이치료조환자적변화폭도경위명현（P ＜0．05）；량조 Lund －kennedy 평분균교치료전유소강저，이치료조적강저정도경위명현（P ＜0．05）；량조IL －2、IL －6수평교치료전유소하강，이치료조환자적하강폭도경위명현（P ＜0．05）。결론비연서구복액연합극랍매소능유효개선만성비두염환자적림상증상，강저기비강 Lund －kennedy 평분，항염작용명현，료효학절。
s:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treating chronic sinusitis patients with Biyuanshu oral liquid combined with Clarithromycin capsules, and explore the effect on symptoms and Lund – Kennedy score.Methods 116 chronic sinusitis cases were ran-domly divided into 2 groups.The control group were treated with clarithromycin capsules ; while the treatment group added Biyuanshu oral liq -uid,after treating for 15 days ,observe the improvement of clinical symptoms , and evaluate the main symptom score and observe the change of the scores; evaluate the nasal situation with Lund -kennedy, test the level of IL -2 and IL -6, and compare the effective rate of two groups . Results After treatment, the total efficiency rate of treatment group was higher than control group (P <0.05); the main clinical symptoms in two groups ,such as purulent nasal discharge , nasal congestion, headache and smell drops were improved obviously compared with before treatment, and the symptom scores went down clearly, the degree of change in treatment group was more pronounced (P <0.05); the Lund-kennedy score in two groups went down obviously , the degree of change in treatment group was more pronounced (P <0.05); the level of IL -2 and IL -6 went down in two groups, the degree of change in treatment group was more pronounced (P <0.05).Conclusion Treating chronic sinusitis patients with Biyuanshu oral liquid combined with Clarithromycin capsules can improve the clinical symptoms , reduce the Lund-kennedy score, which has obvious anti -inflammatory effects and satisfactory clinical effect .
