目的：观察参芪地黄降糖颗粒治疗妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的临床疗效。方法：将气阴两虚型GDM患者134例随机分为2组，对照组66例予以GDM宣教、饮食控制，或配合胰岛素治疗；治疗组68例在对照组干预的基础上加服参芪降糖颗粒治疗。2组均治疗8周后观察临床疗效。结果：中医临床症状比较，治疗组有效率为91.18%，对照组为74.24%；治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05)。2组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)较治疗前有明显改善(P＜0.05)，治疗组糖化血红蛋白(HbALc)较治疗前明显改善(P＜0.05)，对照组改善不明显(P＞0.05)；与对照组治疗后比较，治疗组FPG、2hPG、HbALc改善显著(P＜0.05)。2组血脂四项比较，治疗组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)较前明显改善(P＜0.05)，对照组改善不明显(P＞0.05)，治疗组优于对照组。结论：参芪地黄降糖颗粒能明显缓解GDM的临床症状，改善其血糖、血脂代谢水平。
목적：관찰삼기지황강당과립치료임신기당뇨병(GDM)적림상료효。방법：장기음량허형GDM환자134례수궤분위2조，대조조66례여이GDM선교、음식공제，혹배합이도소치료；치료조68례재대조조간예적기출상가복삼기강당과립치료。2조균치료8주후관찰림상료효。결과：중의림상증상비교，치료조유효솔위91.18%，대조조위74.24%；치료조우우대조조(P＜0.05)。2조환자공복혈당(FPG)、찬후2소시혈당(2hPG)교치료전유명현개선(P＜0.05)，치료조당화혈홍단백(HbALc)교치료전명현개선(P＜0.05)，대조조개선불명현(P＞0.05)；여대조조치료후비교，치료조FPG、2hPG、HbALc개선현저(P＜0.05)。2조혈지사항비교，치료조감유삼지(TG)、총담고순(CHOL)、저밀도지단백(LDL-C)교전명현개선(P＜0.05)，대조조개선불명현(P＞0.05)，치료조우우대조조。결론：삼기지황강당과립능명현완해GDM적림상증상，개선기혈당、혈지대사수평。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of QiShen DiHuang JiangTang granules in the treatment for gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM ) . Methods: All 134 GDM patients Qi-yin dual deficiency pattern were randomized into two groups, 66 cases of the control group were treated by GDM knowledge education, dietary control or combined with insulin;while 68 cases of the treatment group took QiShen DiHuang JiangTang granules on the foundation of the therapy given to the control group. Clinical effects were observed after treating for eight weeks. Results:the comparison of clinical symptoms, effective rate of the treatment group was 91.18%, superior to 74.24%of the control group (P<0.05). FPG and 2hPG of both groups were improved significantly compared with before treating(P<0.05), HbAlc of the treatment group was improved obviously compared with before treating (P<0.05), the improvement of the control group was insignificant (P>0.05);Compared with the control group after treating, FPG, 2hPG and HbAlc of the treatment group were improved significantly (P<0.05). The comparison of blood lipid four items between both groups, TG, CHOL and LDL-C of the treatment group were improved notably (P<0.05), the improvements of the control group were insignificant(P>0.05), the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion:QiShen DiHuang JiangTang granules could relieve clinical symptoms of GDM evidently, improve the levels of blood glucose and lipid of GDM patients.
