利用旋转平台,对侧向动载下截面尺寸为10mm×5mm水平矩形通道内水流动特性的影响进行了实验研究。实验分别在冷态单相流和热态沸腾两相流条件下进行。通过测量和摄像,获得了侧载下试验段压力、压降、流量、参考壁温等参数及两相流型影像。研究结果表明:冷态下流量随动载的增大而缓慢降低,压降随动载的增大而增大;热态下,随着动载的增大,测壁温度、入口压力及沸腾压降均有不同程度的减小;大动载对气泡的移动和聚合有显著影响。实验结果对飞行器蒸发循环制冷系统的研制有参考价值。

이용선전평태,대측향동재하절면척촌위10mm×5mm수평구형통도내수류동특성적영향진행료실험연구。실험분별재랭태단상류화열태비등량상류조건하진행。통과측량화섭상,획득료측재하시험단압력、압강、류량、삼고벽온등삼수급량상류형영상。연구결과표명:랭태하류량수동재적증대이완만강저,압강수동재적증대이증대;열태하,수착동재적증대,측벽온도、입구압력급비등압강균유불동정도적감소;대동재대기포적이동화취합유현저영향。실험결과대비행기증발순배제랭계통적연제유삼고개치。
Experiments to investigate the effect of side load on the flow behavior of the water in a rectangular channel with a cross section of 10mm×5mm have been conducted on a rotational platform. The experimental conditions involved single-phase flow without heating and boiling two-phase flow of water heated from the bottom of the channel. Some parameters such as pressure, pressure drop, flow rate and wall temperature measuring in test section under side load were measured, and some images of two-phase flow patterns under dynamic load were also recorded with a video camera. The results show that the flow rate decreases slowly and the pressure drop increases with increasing dynamic load in cold condition; but the wall temperature measuring, inlet pressure and pressure drop all decrease with increasing dynamic load for boiling two-phase flow; the effect of dynamic load on bubble movement and gathering is obvious. The experimental date can be a reference to the development of aircraft vapor cycle cooling system.
