目的:确定双泽清脂颗粒罐组逆流提取的产业化生产工艺。方法采用单因素及正交试验的方法,以大黄酚的转移率和浸膏得率的加权得分为综合评价指标,考察每罐每次提取加水量、提取时间、提取溶剂温度及混合药材粉碎粒度对提取工艺的综合影响,确定最佳工艺,并通过中试放大,考察工艺的稳定性,并与原工艺进行对比研究。结果最佳工艺为混合药材粉碎成中粉粒度、3罐逆流提取,每罐每次加入12倍量水、提取溶剂保持在70℃提取,每次提取40min。结论罐组式逆流提取技术应用于本品的提取工艺中具有显著性优势,优选的工艺参数稳定可行。

목적:학정쌍택청지과립관조역류제취적산업화생산공예。방법채용단인소급정교시험적방법,이대황분적전이솔화침고득솔적가권득분위종합평개지표,고찰매관매차제취가수량、제취시간、제취용제온도급혼합약재분쇄립도대제취공예적종합영향,학정최가공예,병통과중시방대,고찰공예적은정성,병여원공예진행대비연구。결과최가공예위혼합약재분쇄성중분립도、3관역류제취,매관매차가입12배량수、제취용제보지재70℃제취,매차제취40min。결론관조식역류제취기술응용우본품적제취공예중구유현저성우세,우선적공예삼수은정가행。
s:Objective Determine the multi -stage countercurrent extraction process of Shuangzeqingzhi granule technology upgrade . Methods Adopt the method of single factor and orthogonal test to the transfer of rhubarb phenol ratio and extract yield as the comprehensive e -valuation index, add water, extraction time, extraction temperature and medicinal particle size effect on extraction technology of comprehen -sive, to determine the best process, and compared with the original process research .Result Optimum process for mixing crushed into me-dicinal materials of powder particle size , 3 cans of countercurrent extraction , every time can join 12 times the amount of water, extracting sol-vent at 70℃ extraction, extraction of 40 minutes at a time.Conculsion The multi -stage countercurrent extraction applied in the extraction process of this product has a significant advantage , optimizing the process parameters of stability is feasible .
