目的：探讨品管圈活动对提高结肠镜诊疗前肠道准备合格率的作用。方法成立品管圈活动小组，确立活动主题，通过现状调查并运用柏拉图进行分析，找出影响肠道清洁度的主要原因有：服药后活动，饮食准备，便秘史和饮水量等方面。设立目标、制定整改措施，然后对品管圈活动前后的肠道合格率进行比较。结果实施品管圈活动后，肠道准备合格率从活动前的83．3％提高至活动后的94．5％，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）。结论开展品管圈活动提高了结肠镜诊疗前肠道准备合格率，促进护理质量持续改进。
목적：탐토품관권활동대제고결장경진료전장도준비합격솔적작용。방법성립품관권활동소조，학립활동주제，통과현상조사병운용백랍도진행분석，조출영향장도청길도적주요원인유：복약후활동，음식준비，편비사화음수량등방면。설립목표、제정정개조시，연후대품관권활동전후적장도합격솔진행비교。결과실시품관권활동후，장도준비합격솔종활동전적83．3％제고지활동후적94．5％，차이구유통계학의의（ P＜0．01）。결론개전품관권활동제고료결장경진료전장도준비합격솔，촉진호리질량지속개진。
Objective To investigate the effect of Quality Control Circle activities in bowel preparation pass rate improvement before colonoscopy.Methods The Quality Control Circle team was set up and the topic of activity was established .By current situation survey and Pareto chart analysis , the main reasons affecting intestinal cleanliness were found out to be activities after taking medicine , diet prepa-ration, history of constipation and water intake .Then the goals were set and corrective measures were developed .Afterwards the bowel preparation pass rate before and after quality control circle were compared .Results After implementing Quality Control Circle , the bowel preparation pass rate improved from 83.3%before activity to 94.5%after activity.And the difference was of statistical significance ( P<0.01).Conclusion Quality Control Circle activities can increase the bowel preparation pass rate before colonoscopy and promote the sus -tained improvement of nursing quality .
