目的：分析后外侧入路钢板固定治疗后踝骨折的临床应用价值。方法：收治后踝骨折患者42例，给予后外侧入路钢板固定治疗，分析其手术效果。结果：所有患者切口Ⅰ期愈合，X线检查显示全部骨折骨性愈合，其优良率88.09%。结论：采取后外侧入路钢板固定治疗后踝骨折，固定效果好，且并发症较少。

목적：분석후외측입로강판고정치료후과골절적림상응용개치。방법：수치후과골절환자42례，급여후외측입로강판고정치료，분석기수술효과。결과：소유환자절구Ⅰ기유합，X선검사현시전부골절골성유합，기우량솔88.09%。결론：채취후외측입로강판고정치료후과골절，고정효과호，차병발증교소。
Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of posterolateral entrance plate fixation in the treatment of posterior malleolar fracture.Methods:42 patients with posterior malleolar fracture were selected.They were given posterolateral entrance plate fixation treatment.The operation effect was analyzed.Results:The incisions of all patients were Ⅰ period healing. X-ray examination showed that all fractures were bony healing.The excellent and good rate was 88.09% .Conclusion:Taking posterolateral entrance plate fixation in the treatment of posterior malleolar fracture has good fixing effect,and fewer complications.
