转体施工是一种先进的桥梁施工方法,转体施工的关键构件就是承载整个转动重量的转动球铰,其设计的合理性将直接影响到施工质量及安全性.本文以现有有限元计算理论为指导,结合工程实例,利用有限元分析程序MIDAS建立了该桥转台的空间有限元模型,给出了球铰在特定荷载工况下的计算结果,并对计算结果进行了对比分析,为以后同类结构球铰的设计提供参考.

Level swing method construction is an advanced bridge construction method. The key component of level swing method construction is the hinge which carries the weight of the entire rotation.The design rationality of the hinge directly affects the quality and safety of construction. Under the guide of the existing finite element calculation theory, based on certain engineering example, the three dimension finite element model has been built,using the finite element analysis program MIDAS. Its calculation results are given under the specific load condition. Its calculation results are analyzed by contrast, which provides reference for the design of similar structure hinge in the future.
