文章阐述了防控山地水土流失与区域生态文明建设间的内在联系和防控水土流失与保护生态环境的重要意义，总结了福建省长汀县水土保持的经验与主要成效，同时结合山区农业发展实际，提出构建富有区域特色的水土保持模式与发展循环农业技术的对策，以期为建设“生态美，百姓富”的新农村提供参考。
文章闡述瞭防控山地水土流失與區域生態文明建設間的內在聯繫和防控水土流失與保護生態環境的重要意義，總結瞭福建省長汀縣水土保持的經驗與主要成效，同時結閤山區農業髮展實際，提齣構建富有區域特色的水土保持模式與髮展循環農業技術的對策，以期為建設“生態美，百姓富”的新農村提供參攷。

The inherent relationship between prevention of water and soil erosion in mountain and regional ecological civilization construction, and the important significance of prevention of water and soil erosion and protecting the ecological environment were described in the paper. The basic experience and main results for soil and water conservation of Changting County were summed up. At the same time, combined with the actuality of development of mountain agriculture, measures for building soil and water conservation mode with regional characteristics and developing circular agricultural technology were put forward. This was for providing reference for building new countryside with "ecological beauty, rich people".
