目的:观察五味獐牙菜汤对胆囊炎模型家兔的利胆及抗炎作用,以探讨五味獐牙菜汤治疗胆囊炎的作用机制。方法:将新西兰家兔60只随机分为空白对照组,模型对照组,五味獐牙菜汤低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。除空白对照组外,将大肠杆菌茵液注入其余各组动物胆囊,制备家兔细菌性胆囊炎模型,在体外引流家兔胆汁并采血检测血清中IL-1β、PGE2含量,观察家兔胆汁分泌量及细胞因子的变化情况。结果:模型组家兔IL-1β、PGE2含量明显升高,药物组家兔IL-1β、PGE2含量低于模型组家兔,且药物组家兔胆汁分泌量显著增加。结论:五味獐牙菜汤对家兔细菌性胆囊炎有明显的利胆抗炎作用。

목적:관찰오미장아채탕대담낭염모형가토적리담급항염작용,이탐토오미장아채탕치료담낭염적작용궤제。방법:장신서란가토60지수궤분위공백대조조,모형대조조,오미장아채탕저、중、고제량조,매조10지。제공백대조조외,장대장간균인액주입기여각조동물담낭,제비가토세균성담낭염모형,재체외인류가토담즙병채혈검측혈청중IL-1β、PGE2함량,관찰가토담즙분비량급세포인자적변화정황。결과:모형조가토IL-1β、PGE2함량명현승고,약물조가토IL-1β、PGE2함량저우모형조가토,차약물조가토담즙분비량현저증가。결론:오미장아채탕대가토세균성담낭염유명현적리담항염작용。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of WuWei ZhangYaCai Tang in the treatment for cholecystitis by observing cholagogic effects and anti-inflammation of WuWei ZhangYaCai Tang on rabbit model with cholecystitis. Methods:Sixty rabbits were randomized into blank control group, model control group, low, moderate and high dosage groups of WuWei ZhangYaCai Tang, ten rabbits each group. Except blank control group, rabbit model was established by injecting escherichia coli liquid into the gallbladder, the bile was drained from the rabbit, and the blood was drawn to detect the contents of IL-1βand PEG2, the changes of bile secretion and cytokines of the rabbit were observed. Results: The contents of IL-1β and PEG2 increased significantly in the model group, the medicinal groups were lower than the model group in the contents of IL-1βand PEG2, and the bile secretion of the rabbit was increased notably in the medicinal group. Conclusion: WuWei ZhangYaCai Tang shows cholagogic effects and anti-inflammation in the treatment for cholecystitis of the rabbits.
