针对具有自旋轨道耦合的散射问题,通过对称性分析,给出了时间反演不变性条件下的散射矩阵的一些严格性质。特别对于二端问题,在导线为空间单模(导线本身也可以含自旋轨道耦合)的情况下,证明了其透射矩阵为常数乘以二维幺模幺正矩阵的形式。
針對具有自鏇軌道耦閤的散射問題,通過對稱性分析,給齣瞭時間反縯不變性條件下的散射矩陣的一些嚴格性質。特彆對于二耑問題,在導線為空間單模(導線本身也可以含自鏇軌道耦閤)的情況下,證明瞭其透射矩陣為常數乘以二維幺模幺正矩陣的形式。

Based on symmetry analysis, some general properties of the scattering matrix of spin-orbit coupled system under the constraint of time reversal symmetry were presented.In particular, it was proved that in the two terminal problem with single-channel leads ( the conducting leads may have spin-orbit coupling on their own) , the transmission matrix was proportional to a matrix.
