目的:探索PBL教学模式在中医骨伤科实习带教中的应用。方法:将中医骨伤科46名实习生分为观察组24名,对照组22名,观察组给予PBL实习带教模式教学,对照组给予传统模式教学,通过测定理论测试、技能操作对2组实习生进行考核。结果:观察组理论知识、实践操作以及总平均分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法适合骨伤科实习带教,有利于培养学生自主学习的能力及提高解决实际问题的能力。

목적:탐색PBL교학모식재중의골상과실습대교중적응용。방법:장중의골상과46명실습생분위관찰조24명,대조조22명,관찰조급여PBL실습대교모식교학,대조조급여전통모식교학,통과측정이론측시、기능조작대2조실습생진행고핵。결과:관찰조이론지식、실천조작이급총평균분균고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:PBL교학법괄합골상과실습대교,유리우배양학생자주학습적능력급제고해결실제문제적능력。
Objective:To explore the application of PBL teaching mode to the practice and tutoring of TCM orthopedics and traumatology. Methods:All 46 interns were divided into 24 students in the observation group and 22 ones in the control group, the observation group were taught by PBL mode and the control group traditional mode, the interns of both groups were assessed by theoretical test and skill operation. Results:The observation group was higher than the control group in theoretical knowledge, skill operation and total averages of the interns (P<0.05). Conclusion:PBL teaching method is suitable for the practice and tutoring in the department of TCM orthopedics and traumatology, it is beneficial to cultivate the students' ability of independent learning and improve the ability of solving practical problems.
