Fiberoptic bronchoscopy%Pediatric respiratory system diseases%Pediatrics
目的:研究纤维支气管镜在儿科呼吸系统疾病诊治中的作用。方法选取2012-10~2014-10间在我院儿科住院治疗的38例呼吸系统疾病患儿,对其进行纤维支气管镜检查治疗,观察病变情况、实验室检查结果、术后出院时间、术后并发症等指标。结果炎症、炎性假瘤、支气管异物吸入、纤毛不动综合征发生率分别为81.58%、2.63%、15.79%、5.26%,各类病变发生率比较,P<0.05。肺炎链球菌、洛菲氏不动杆菌、酵母样真菌检出率分别为13.16%、7.89%、2.63%,各种菌类检出率比较, P>0.05。患儿术中均存在血氧饱和度降低,行面罩加压给氧后均全部恢复至95%以上,无术后并发症发生。结论纤维支气管镜诊治儿科呼吸系统疾病,疗效显著。

목적:연구섬유지기관경재인과호흡계통질병진치중적작용。방법선취2012-10~2014-10간재아원인과주원치료적38례호흡계통질병환인,대기진행섬유지기관경검사치료,관찰병변정황、실험실검사결과、술후출원시간、술후병발증등지표。결과염증、염성가류、지기관이물흡입、섬모불동종합정발생솔분별위81.58%、2.63%、15.79%、5.26%,각류병변발생솔비교,P<0.05。폐염련구균、락비씨불동간균、효모양진균검출솔분별위13.16%、7.89%、2.63%,각충균류검출솔비교, P>0.05。환인술중균존재혈양포화도강저,행면조가압급양후균전부회복지95%이상,무술후병발증발생。결론섬유지기관경진치인과호흡계통질병,료효현저。
Objective To study the fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric respiratory system diseases . Methods Selecting 38 children with respiratory system diseases from October , 2012 to October, 2014 in the hospital, doing fibre broncho-scopy treatment , observing period pathological change situation , laboratory examination results , discharge time , postoperative complications and postoperative indicatora .Results The inflammation , inflammatory pseudotumor , bronchial foreign body suction and cilia fixed inci-dence syndrome were 81.58%, 2.63%, 15.79% and 5.62%.All kinds of pathologics were compared , P<0.05.Streptococcus pneu-moniae, los fitzpatrick acinetobacter and yeast fungus detection rates were 13.16%, 7.89% and 2.63% respectively.All kinds of mold detection rates were compared , P>0.05.Oxygen saturation and pressure mask after oxygen were fully recovered to more than 95%, with no postoperative complications .Conclusion Curative effect of the diagnosis and treatment of fiberoptic bronchoscopy pediatric respiratory system disease is distinct.
