目的研究α-tubulin及P53在结肠癌、癌旁正常组织中的表达。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测72例结肠癌、36癌旁正常组织中的α-tubulin及P53表达,分析两种蛋白在结肠癌发生发展过程中相关性。结果α-tubulin及P53在结肠癌组织的阳性表达率分别为62.5%(45/72)、69.4%(50/72),明显高于癌旁正常组织中的表达率,分别为5.6%、5.6%,值均<0.05,差异有统计学意义;两者在结肠癌中表达有相关性(r=0.358 P<0.05),两者在结肠癌中表达均与肿瘤TNM分期、浸润深度密切相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、分化程度无关(>0.05)。结论α-tubulin及P53在结肠癌中呈现高表达,提示STK15、α-tubulin可能共同参与了结肠癌发生发展的过程,可能为结肠癌患者临床诊疗提供依据。

Objective To study expression ofα-tubulin and P53 in Colon cancer and Normal tissue adjacent to carcinorma. Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to determine expressions ofα-tubulin and P53 of 72 cases colorectal cancer tissues, 36 cases of Normal tissue adjacent to carcinorma and explore the cor elation of the two protein in colon carcinogenesis process. Results The expressions of α-tubulin (62.5% 45/72 )and P53(69.4% 50/72 ) in Colon cancer were significantly higher than and in Normal tissue adjacent to carcinorma (5.6%、5.6% respectively)<0.001. The expression of α-tubulin was positively cor elated with the expression of P53 in Colon cancer ( =0.358, <0.001). In Colon cancer, The expression of these two kinds of protein were related with the TNM staging of tumor、depth of invasion ( < 0.05),no association was observed of patients age,gender、tumor size as wel as serosal invasion、histological histological grading. Conclusion High expression of α-tubulin and P53 is confirmed in Colon cancer, The expression of α-tubulin was positively correlated with the expression of P53 in Colon cancer, Tip :α-tubulin P53 may be involved in the process of developing colon cancer, can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of colon cancer patients.
