目的观察拔甲术后联合应用复方多粘菌素B软膏治疗的疗效。方法术后联合复方多粘菌素B软膏自制成油砂，隔日换药术后伤口创面，临床上已广泛应用。结果用上述方法的患者愈合良好，感染及疼痛等并发症明显下降。结论我科自2012年10月~2014年7月，采用拔甲和甲床修复术联合复方多粘菌素B软膏，取得了满意治疗效果。
목적관찰발갑술후연합응용복방다점균소B연고치료적료효。방법술후연합복방다점균소B연고자제성유사，격일환약술후상구창면，림상상이엄범응용。결과용상술방법적환자유합량호，감염급동통등병발증명현하강。결론아과자2012년10월~2014년7월，채용발갑화갑상수복술연합복방다점균소B연고，취득료만의치료효과。
Objective To oberserve the ef ect of using compound polymyxin B ointment after nail pul ing and nail bed repair operation in the treatment of paronychia. Methods After sugery, put petroleum gauze with compound polymyxin B ointment on the postoperative wound. change the dressing every two days. Results Upon the method , al the wounds healed wel ,and the rate of complications such as infection and pain decreased significiantly. Conclusion Since October 2012 to July 2014, by using compound polymyxin B ointment after nail pul ing and nail bed repair operation in the treatment of paronychia, satisfying therapeutic ef ect has been acchieved.
