目的探讨七荟胶囊对人体的通便作用。方法采用自身和组间两种对照设计方法，受试者服用七荟胶囊7d后，进行相关安全性指标及功效指标测定。结果试食前后各项安全性指标均在正常范围内，且未发现明显不良反应。试食组受试者试食后与试食前比较，排便次数明显增加，排便状况和粪便性状明显改善(<0.01)；试食后试食组与对照组比较，排便次数、排便状况、粪便性状亦有明显改善，差异有统计学意义(<0.01)。结论七荟胶囊对人体安全且具有通便作用。

목적탐토칠회효낭대인체적통편작용。방법채용자신화조간량충대조설계방법，수시자복용칠회효낭7d후，진행상관안전성지표급공효지표측정。결과시식전후각항안전성지표균재정상범위내，차미발현명현불량반응。시식조수시자시식후여시식전비교，배편차수명현증가，배편상황화분편성상명현개선(<0.01)；시식후시식조여대조조비교，배편차수、배편상황、분편성상역유명현개선，차이유통계학의의(<0.01)。결론칠회효낭대인체안전차구유통편작용。
Objective To investigate the defecating feces function of Qihui Capsule in the human body. Methods Adopting the design of self control and intragroups comparison, after subjects taking Qihui Capsule 7days, the relevant safety indicators and the ef ectiveness indicators were measured. Results The safety indicators were normal or in the normal range, and no obvious adverse ef ect was found. After the Qihui Capsule test, the defecation frequency significantly increased, the defecation and dejection situation were significantly improved. ( <0.01). Compared with the control group, the defecation frequency, defecation and dejection situation of the test group were also significantly improved ( <0.01). Conclusion Qihui Capsule is safe in human and has defecating feces function.
