目的：验证ICP-MS法测定胶囊剂药品中铬含量的方法。方法：考察该方法的线性、精密度、重复性、加样回收率，并将测得结果与药典方法(原子吸收光谱法)进行比较。结果：铬元素标准曲线在0～100 ng/g浓度范围内，线性良好，相关系数r=0.9999，检测限为0.02 ng/g，定量限为0.07 ng/g，仪器精密度、样品重复性和回收率良好，表明该方法准确可靠。结论：该方法实测值较药典方法高，说明其灵敏度更高，可以在实际工作中运用此方法检测胶囊剂药品中的铬元素含量。
목적：험증ICP-MS법측정효낭제약품중락함량적방법。방법：고찰해방법적선성、정밀도、중복성、가양회수솔，병장측득결과여약전방법(원자흡수광보법)진행비교。결과：락원소표준곡선재0～100 ng/g농도범위내，선성량호，상관계수r=0.9999，검측한위0.02 ng/g，정량한위0.07 ng/g，의기정밀도、양품중복성화회수솔량호，표명해방법준학가고。결론：해방법실측치교약전방법고，설명기령민도경고，가이재실제공작중운용차방법검측효낭제약품중적락원소함량。
Objective: To testify the determination of chromium content in a Chinese Medicine capsule by ICP-MS method. Methods:The linearity, precision, reproducibility, average recovery rate of the method were inves-tigated, the results were compared with the method (atomic absorption spectrometry, AAS) in the pharmacopeia. Re-sults:the standard curve of chromium is in the concentrations ranged from 0 to 100ng/g with good linearity, correla-tion coefficient r=0.999 9, the detection limit is 0.02ng/g, quantitative limit is 0.07ng/g, high precision of the instru-ment, good repeatability and recovery rate of the samples show that the method is reliable and accurate. Conclusion:Measured value of the method is higher than the method in the pharmacopeia, which demonstrates that the method is of higher sensibility, the method could be applied to detect chromium content in the capsules in the practical work.
