目的：探讨不同中医治法对高尿酸血症模型大鼠血清AngⅠ，AngⅡ水平的影响。方法：将Wis-tar大鼠135只随机分为空白对照组、模型组、西药治疗组与中药复方（滋肾阴、温肾阳、健脾、活血、化痰及利湿组，每组15只）6个治疗组，除空白对照组外，其余各组采用腺嘌呤联合乙胺丁醇法建立大鼠高尿酸血症动物模型，造模第21天开始给予各治疗组相应治疗，连续2周。检测血清AngⅠ，AngⅡ水平，观察其变化情况。结果：与模型组比较，除西药治疗组与活血组、利湿组和化痰组血清AngⅠ水平降低外其余治疗组血清AngⅠ水平变化不明显，无显著性差异(P＞0.05)；西药治疗组与治疗组中的活血组、利湿组和化痰组血清AngⅡ水平明显下降，有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论：活血、利湿和化痰治法有降低血清AngⅠ水平的趋势；不同中医治法均可降低血清AngⅡ水平，其中以活血、利湿、化痰法治疗效果明显，对高尿酸血症具有治疗作用。
목적：탐토불동중의치법대고뇨산혈증모형대서혈청AngⅠ，AngⅡ수평적영향。방법：장Wis-tar대서135지수궤분위공백대조조、모형조、서약치료조여중약복방（자신음、온신양、건비、활혈、화담급리습조，매조15지）6개치료조，제공백대조조외，기여각조채용선표령연합을알정순법건립대서고뇨산혈증동물모형，조모제21천개시급여각치료조상응치료，련속2주。검측혈청AngⅠ，AngⅡ수평，관찰기변화정황。결과：여모형조비교，제서약치료조여활혈조、리습조화화담조혈청AngⅠ수평강저외기여치료조혈청AngⅠ수평변화불명현，무현저성차이(P＞0.05)；서약치료조여치료조중적활혈조、리습조화화담조혈청AngⅡ수평명현하강，유현저성차이(P＜0.05)。결론：활혈、리습화화담치법유강저혈청AngⅠ수평적추세；불동중의치법균가강저혈청AngⅡ수평，기중이활혈、리습、화담법치료효과명현，대고뇨산혈증구유치료작용。
Objective:To discuss the influence of different TCM therapies on the levels of AngⅠand AngⅡof rat model with hyperuricemia. Methods:All 135 rats were randomized into six groups:blank control group, the model group, the treatment group of Western medicine and compound groups (the groups of nourishing kidney-Yin, warming kidney-Yang, invigorating spleen, activating blood, removing phlegm, eliminating dampness, 15 rats each group), except blank control group, models with hyperuricemia were established by adenine and ethambutol method, and they was given corresponding therapies at the 21st day after establishing the models, for two consecutive weeks. To detect the levels of AngⅠand AngⅡand observe the changes. Results:Compared with the model group, the lev-el of AngⅠdecreased in the treatment group of Western medicine, the groups of activating blood, removing phlegm, eliminating dampness, the level of AngⅠchanged insignificantly in other treatment groups, the comparisons had no significant differences(P>0.05);the level of AngⅡdecreased evidently in the treatment group of Western medicine, the treatment groups of activating blood, eliminating dampness and removing phlegm, the comparisons showed sig-nificant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Therapies of activating blood, eliminating dampness, and removing phlegm show the tendency of decreasing the level of AngⅠ;and different TCM therapies could lower the level of AngⅡ, among them, therapies of activating blood, eliminating dampness, and removing phlegm could obtain obvi-ous curative effects, and they are effective in the treatment of hyperuricemia.
