目的探讨2型糖尿病患者合并恶性肿瘤时血清胰岛素水平和肿瘤坏死因子表达的变化。方法搜集2010年1月~2014年10月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者以及恶性肿瘤患者的病例资料，比较2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤患者、单纯2型糖尿病患者和单纯恶性肿瘤患者血清胰岛素和肿瘤坏死因子的表达变化。结果2型糖尿病患者恶性肿瘤的患病率明显高于一般人群的恶性肿瘤患病率，2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤组TNF-α、胰岛素水平明显高于单纯2型糖尿病组，有统计学意义。2型糖尿病合并恶性肿瘤组患者的血清TNF-α和胰岛素水平明显高于单纯恶性肿瘤组和单纯2型糖尿病组。结论对于2型糖尿病患者，定期监测其血清TNF-α、胰岛素水平对预测和早期诊断恶性肿瘤有一定的临床意义。

Objective Investigating the levels of insulin and tumor necrosis factor expression in serum in patients with type 2 diabetes merging with cancer.Methods We col ected T2DM and cancer patients cases from January 2010 to October 2014 in our hospital,and col ected the general clinical data and laboratory test results according to the information,then compared the levels of insulin and tumor necrosis factor expression in serum in patients with type 2 diabetes merging with cancer,patients with diabetes alone and patients with cancer alone.Results The malignant tumor prevalence in T2DM was significantly higher than that in the general population,the TNF-αand insulin levels in serum in patients with diabetes merging with malignant tumor were significantly higher than those in patients with the diabetes alone,the TNF-αand insulin levels in serum in patients with diabetes merging with malignant tumor were significantly higher than those in the tumor alone group and the diabetes alone group. Conclusion It is necessary for the diabetes patients to monitor regularly the levels of TNF-αand insulin in serum,which may provide the clues of prediction and early diagnosis of tumors.
