目的:观察中药苦参、茜草对2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS )诱导的溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠模型结肠黏膜形态的影响,对其黏膜损伤修复机制进行探讨。方法采用苦参、茜草及西药柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)对 UC 大鼠模型进行治疗,治疗结束后采集结肠黏膜标本,首先肉眼观察结肠黏膜组织,按组织损伤程度进行大体形态评分,组间比较分析。然后将结肠组织石蜡包埋,HE 染色,光镜下进行观察其黏膜病理学变化。结果模型组大鼠结肠黏膜损伤与正常组间差异极显著(P <0.01)。与模型组相比,苦参组、茜草组、SASP 组大鼠体质量显著增加,但3组间无明显统计学差异。苦参组、茜草组、SASP 组大鼠结肠大体形态损伤水平及病理学评分均明显低于模型组,但3组间无明显统计学差异。结论苦参、茜草、柳氮磺胺吡啶均能有效增加溃疡性结肠炎大鼠体质量,使 UC 大鼠结肠溃疡个数及面积明显减少,抑制炎性细胞浸润,使水肿、糜烂等病理改变得到明显改善,表明苦参、茜草对 TNBS 诱导的 UC 大鼠有较好的治疗作用。

목적:관찰중약고삼、천초대2,4,6-삼초기분광산(TNBS )유도적궤양성결장염(UC)대서모형결장점막형태적영향,대기점막손상수복궤제진행탐토。방법채용고삼、천초급서약류담광알필정(SASP)대 UC 대서모형진행치료,치료결속후채집결장점막표본,수선육안관찰결장점막조직,안조직손상정도진행대체형태평분,조간비교분석。연후장결장조직석사포매,HE 염색,광경하진행관찰기점막병이학변화。결과모형조대서결장점막손상여정상조간차이겁현저(P <0.01)。여모형조상비,고삼조、천초조、SASP 조대서체질량현저증가,단3조간무명현통계학차이。고삼조、천초조、SASP 조대서결장대체형태손상수평급병이학평분균명현저우모형조,단3조간무명현통계학차이。결론고삼、천초、류담광알필정균능유효증가궤양성결장염대서체질량,사 UC 대서결장궤양개수급면적명현감소,억제염성세포침윤,사수종、미란등병리개변득도명현개선,표명고삼、천초대 TNBS 유도적 UC 대서유교호적치료작용。
s:Objective To investigate the effects of Sophora flavescens and Rubia cordifolia in the colonic mucosa repairing of 2,4,6 -trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid(TNBS) -induced ulcerative colitis (UC) in rats.Methods We used Sophora flavescen, Rubia cordifolia and SASP to treat rat UC model.After the treatment,colonic mucosa specimens were collected to describe the damagement ,and compare in groups.Then the colon mucosa which was paraffin -embed, HE -stained was observed under light microscope .Results Colonic mucosa in-jury in rats model group was significant different between the normal group (P <0.01).Compared with model group, the body mass of the treatment group rats increased significantly , but there was no statistical significant difference among three groups .The colon damage level and pathology score of treatment group rats were significantly lower than the model group , no statistical significance between the three groups . Conclusion Sophora flavescen, Rubia cordifolia and SASP can effectively increase the CU rats ’ body mass, which also make the colon ul-cer number and area reduced significantly .The pathological changes such as edema , erosion dramatically improve.Sophora flavescen and Rubia cordifolia have better treatment in TNBS induced UC rats .
