通过对甘蔗糖厂压榨车间众多大功率机电设备之间关系和控制功能的分析,结合PLC和DCS的特点,针对其3种控制功能分别采用适合各自特点的编程语言进行软件设计,并以西门子S7-300系列PLC为例,进行系统配置和硬件设计,实现设备的联锁及启停控制,提高生产安全率。

This paper analyses the inner connection of high power electromechanical equipment, and the control functions of crushing section in sugar mills. Combined with the features of PLC and DCS system, a software design diagram is proposed with appropriate programming language. Based on the Siemens S7-300 series PLC, the system configuration and hardware design are demonstrated, and the interlock control is achieved. The application indicates that the production safety was enhanced.
