为了实现实时切种式甘蔗种植机在不同作业前进速度下的种植密度均匀一致,其切种刀辊的转速需要与种植机的行驶速度相匹配。本文以华南农业大学研制的实时切种式种植机为研究对象,设计了切种刀辊转速与行驶速度相匹配的控制系统。该系统以单片机 AT89S52为中央处理器,由速度检测、流量控制及速度反馈3个模块组成。通过研究种植机行驶速度和切种刀辊转速的关系,进行了系统参数的设计计算,并进行了田间试验。结果表明:该系统可以有效调节切种刀辊转速,使之与种植机行驶速度相匹配,实现甘蔗种植密度均匀一致。

In order to achieve a same planting density with different ground speed, the rotary speed of chopping rollers and the ground speed of sugarcane planter should match. The paper designed a control system to match the two speed for a planter developed by South China Agricultural University. The central processor of the system was single-chip microcomputer AT89S52. The system consisted of three modules:speed detection, flow control and speed feedback module. The relationship between the rotary speed of chopping rollers and ground speed of planter was studied, and the ratio between them was calculated. Field tests were also conducted for that. Results showed that the control system could effectively adjust the rotary speed of chopping rollers when the ground speed of planter changing. As a result, the planter can get same seeds density.
