目的 探讨用书面语言提高实习生宣教质量.方法 选取护理实习生80名,随机分为观察组和对照组(n=40),2组采取不同的方式为产妇进行宣教,然后对产妇问卷调查.结果 观察组宣教的产妇对宣教知识掌握的全面性、满意度都比对照组好;观察组实习生与患者沟通的自信心、自我价值满足感比对照组高,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 书面语言能提高实习生的宣教质量、提升实习生自我价值满足感,从而提高患者的满意度,实现了实习生和产妇双赢的效果.

Objective Use the Written language to improve the education quality of interns.Methods There were 80 nursing interns in my department. I randomly divide them into observation group and control group. Two groups to adopt a different approach for maternal education, and then we survey on maternal.Results The patients who are taught by the observation group master the knowledge clearly and thoroughly, and satisfaction is improved. For the self-confidence in the communication between intern and patient and the self value satisfaction of interns, the control group is higher than the control group. There were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The Written language can improve the education quality, self value satisfaction of interns and improve the satisfaction of patients which canachieve the win-win effect of trainee and puerpera.
