把收获得到的甘蔗段通过输送臂实时输送到田间运输车上是切段式甘蔗收获机的重要功能之一。为了使输送装置配合田间运输车的车高,输送装置就必须有一定的长度,这导致中小型切段式甘蔗收割机的输送臂占据整机空间的比例过大,不利于收割机的跨区运输,导致收割机的利用率低。为了解决输送臂占据空间比例较大的问题,笔者设计了一款新型的链板式可折叠输送臂。通过Matlab的仿真求出该款新型输送臂的工作空间的解集。在田间进行了输送角度的单因素试验,试验结果显示,输送角度对输送臂的填充系数、输送量、功率和能量利用率都具有显著的影响。该输送臂最佳的输送角度应为40?。

Deliver the chopped cane to the field truck is an important function of the chopper cane harvester. In order to match the height of the field truck, the conveying device requires a certain length. This causes the ratio of the conveyor too large for a small or medium sized chopper cane harvester, and is not convenient for cross-field transportation. To solve this problem, a new foldable conveyor has been designed. This article use the Grübler-Kutzbach Formula to analyze the degree of freedom about this conveyor, and use Matlab to simulate its space solution set. A univariate test for the conveying angle was conducted. It was found out that the conveying angle is the significant factor of the fill factor, convey amount, power and energy efficiency, and the best conveying angle is 40?.
