高职院校自身的办学特点决定了双师型师资队伍是其人才培养质量不断提升的根本保障.但是,目前高职院校基于校企合作的双师型师资队伍培养工作不容乐观,还有不少问题存在.这就需要高职院校积极转变师资队伍建设理念,建立一个科学、合理且可行的双师型师资队伍建设实施框架,并给出相应的实施具体事项,从而真正培养出基于校企合作的高质量双师型师资人才.
