目的：探索段富津教授辨治胃脘痛用药特点。方法：以段富津教授治疗胃脘痛586例医案为数据源，采用SPSS 12．0软件对医案进行频数、因子、聚类分析，对病机和用药特点进行探讨。结果：通过统计分析，获得142味中药、使用6335频次，提取10个公因子，聚类分析得到常用药物15类。结论：段师治疗胃脘痛注重基本病机，详审病因，善用补益、行气、化湿、祛瘀等通顺之法，用药精当。

목적：탐색단부진교수변치위완통용약특점。방법：이단부진교수치료위완통586례의안위수거원，채용SPSS 12．0연건대의안진행빈수、인자、취류분석，대병궤화용약특점진행탐토。결과：통과통계분석，획득142미중약、사용6335빈차，제취10개공인자，취류분석득도상용약물15류。결론：단사치료위완통주중기본병궤，상심병인，선용보익、행기、화습、거어등통순지법，용약정당。
Objective:To explore the composing experience of professor DUAN Fu-jin's prescriptions for trea-ting stomach ache.Methods:586 cases with stomach ache were treated by professor DUAN Fu-jin as data source, analyzing frequency, factor, cluster of medical records with the software of SPSS 12 to discuss the characteristics of pathogenesis and prescription.Results:142 Chinese herbs were used with 6335 frequency;10 factors were extracted;15 kinds of commonly used drugs were gained in cluster analysis.Conclusion:Pro-fessor DUAN Fu-jin emphasizes the basic pathogenesis, scrutinizes the etiology, and is good at using tonic, benefiting Qi, melting dampness, removing blood stasis and other smooth method,and his prescription is accu-rate.
