目前医患矛盾尖锐已经是一个不争的事实，医患纠纷不仅仅是一个单纯的医疗问题，已经演变成为一个复杂的社会问题并开始严重影响医学生的人生观及未来职业规划。医学生具有专业学习曲线时间长，成长周期久，个人财力物力投入较大，且必须保持终身学习的特点。较早的培养医学生职业意识、明确职业发展目标，了解医学学科的规律和职业的特殊性，做出正确的合理规划，对当今医学生来说已是至关重要。本文针对这个问题展开讨论，就如何引导医学生树立正确的职业观、价值观进行分析。

Currently contradiction between doctors and patients is already an indisputable fact, medical dispute is not just a simple medical problems, it has evolved into a complex social problem and begin to seriously affect the life of medical stu-dents and future career plans. Medical students with professional learning curve for a long time, a long growing period, indi-viduals invest more financial and material resources, and must remain lifelong learning characteristics. Earlier medical stu-dents career awareness, clear career goals, understand the special nature of the medical profession's disciplinary rules and make the right rational planning, medical students, who today is essential. Aiming at this problem discussions on how to guide medical students to establish a correct concept of occupation, values were analyzed.
