目的探讨问题导入式学习方法(Problem-based learning,PBL)联合病例讨论式教学模式(Case-based learning,CBL)在眼科见习教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取60名2010级眼科见习医学生作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组:实验组采用PBL联合CBL教学模式,对照组则仅采用传统LBL教学模式。通过出科考核及问卷调查两种方式评价眼科见习教学效果。结果显示PBL+CBL组的考试成绩要明显优于LBL组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05),并且见习后的问卷调查结果提示学生对PBL+CBL的教学模式满意度较高。结论我们的研究结果表明PBL+CBL的教学模式受到学生欢迎,更有助于提高学生对专科医学的兴趣。

Objective To observe ef ects of Problem-based learning (PBL)combined with Case-based learning (CBL) in clinical novitiate teaching in Ophthalmology. Methods 60 clinical novitiate Students from the Third Military Medical University were divided into treatment group (30 cases,with PBL combined with CBL teaching mode)and control group (30 cases with the traditional LBL teaching mode).Evaluating the teaching ef ect of two groups by comparison of test scores and questionnaire survey. Results Treatment group achieved bet er scores in theory examination compared with those of control group ( <0.05).Besides, the questionnaire survey shows that students were more satisfied with the application of PBL combined with CBL. Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching mode were acceptable by students and this new teaching mode is more at ractive than the traditional LBL teaching mode in Ophthalmology.
