近年来，云南省按照十八大提出的“推动城乡发展一体化”的要求，高度重视城乡经济社会统筹发展，并积极探索城乡一体化发展的有效途径，取得了阶段性成效。本文通过分析云南省城乡一体化发展的现状，找出了云南城乡一体化发展过程中存在的主要问题，提出优化产业结构、加快贫困连片地区的帮扶力度、推进城乡基础设施与公共服务建设、统筹城乡政策等四个方面的措施。
근년래，운남성안조십팔대제출적“추동성향발전일체화”적요구，고도중시성향경제사회통주발전，병적겁탐색성향일체화발전적유효도경，취득료계단성성효。본문통과분석운남성성향일체화발전적현상，조출료운남성향일체화발전과정중존재적주요문제，제출우화산업결구、가쾌빈곤련편지구적방부력도、추진성향기출설시여공공복무건설、통주성향정책등사개방면적조시。
In recent years, Yunnan province, according to the requirement to“promote the urban and ru-ral integration development” proposed in 18th Party Congress, attaches great importance to the urban and rural economic and social development as a whole, explore the effective ways for urban and rural integra-tion development and makes an initial achievement. Through analyzing the present situation of the urban and rural integration development in Yunnan province, the main problems in the process of the develop-ment are found out. Four countermeasures are put forward:the optimization of industrial structure, speed-ing up support strength in linked poverty stricken areas, promoting the construction of urban and rural in-frastructure and public services, take overall consideration of urban and rural policy.
