中医学认为，心主血脉，心气是推动血液运行的基本动力，心气虚可导致心功能减退。现代研究认为心功能的改变是冠心病心气虚型发病的主要病理基础。已有研究发现肌浆网Ca2＋转运对于维持心肌的兴奋收缩藕联起着重要作用，心肌肌浆网内（ SR） Ca2＋转运的变化是引起心功能减退的重要机制。据此我们推断Ca2＋转运的变化与冠心病心气虚证的发病机制具有某种相关性，可以用以阐明中医心气虚证的证候实质和科学内涵。

Modern studies suggest that the change in heart function is a major pathology of coronary heart disease with heart Qi deficiency .Studies have found that sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+transport for maintaining the excitement asso-ciated myocardial contraction coupling plays an important role.The change of cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+transport is an important mechanism of cardiac dysfunction.Accordingly, we conclude that Ca2+trans-port changes have some relevance to the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency syndrome, and it can be used to clarify the essence and scientific content of heart Qi deficiency syndrome.
